I report on the accounts of the Trust for the year ended l April 2025 whith are set out on page 3 of the
annual report.

My examlnatlon was carrSed out in accordance with the 8eneral Dirertions gr¥en by the Charitv
Commlsslon. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charlty and a
comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual
Items or dlsclosures In the accounts, and seeklng explanations from you as trustees Con￿rning anv
such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an
audit and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a'true and falr view,
and the report is limlted to those matters set out In the next statement.

Structure and Governance
The charity is governed by Memorandum and Articles adopted on 24 March 2009, as amended on
16 August 2018, and is constituted as a charitable company limited by guarantee, registered at
Companies House under registration number 6856894.
The charity is the legal owner of its property and assets. The Trustees collectively are legally
responsible for the day-to-day management and the financial assets of the charity and are
accountable to the members.
Trustees are appointed by the members by means of an annual ballot.
All Trustee5 give their time voluntarily and, other than reimbursement of expenses, receive no
remuneration or other benefits.
The Trustees have taken steps to ensure that they all understand the charity's purpose lobjectsl
and rules as set out in the Memorandum and Articles and are aware of their responsibilities to
comply with Charity Commission guidance as set out in 'The Essential Trustee- What you need
to know, what you need to do ICC31' and have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity
Commission on public benefit.

Objects and Activities
The charity's purpose I'the objects'l are..
To advance the Christian faith in accordance with the Christadelphian statement of faith for the
benefit of the public as the trustees from time to time determine.
The charity advances its objects by..
holding meetings for worship, prayer, bible study and the preaching of the Gospel.
providing religious teaching and publications to enlighten others about the
Christadelphian faith.
promotion of charitable works including, but not limited to, easing hardship and the
provision of pastoral care.
supporting charities, Christadelphian and others, e.g. Christadelphian Bible Mission Welfare,
Christadelphian Meal a Day Fund, World Jewish Relief, all of which help people in need in
various parts of the world.
holding open days when we invite our neighbours and passers-by to get to know us and our
beliefs.
renting a stall at the local annual carnival, holding regular Sunday 8ible presentations which
are advertised and holding special presentations at other venues when we can.
Financial Overview
We began the year with a balance of £86,394.
The level of income from collections remains sufficient to cover our own
internal costs and to regularly donate money to various charities.
We ended the year with an overall balance of £79,986.
The cash movements and balances are summarised in the Statement of Receipts and Payments
and Statement of Assets and Liabilities below.
All funds are held in instant access bank accounts. The balance in these funds at the end of the
year was considered sufficient to meet the ongoing expenses of the charity.
The trustees consider that the charity is in a healthy financial sltuation.
An Independent Examination of the accounts for the period was required as total annual income
was above £25,000.
Public benefit
Our beliefs las Christadelphiansl are based upon an acceptance of the Bible as inspired by God,

and are centred on the teachings of Jesus, his death and resurrettion, and the promise of his
eventual return. We seek to reflect, in a modern context. the beliefs and practice of first-century
Christianity. We believe that Our faith should influence and guide all aspects of life, and lead to
care and concern for others both within and beyond our community.
The trustees consider that the charity benefits the public as it:
{il gives meaning to the lives of church members and the general public and contributes to their
spirstual well-being;
(ill helps to develop the spirituality of church members and the general public and strengthen
their relationship with God;
(iii} provides a moral or ethical framework for church members to live by, whlch offers benefits
to church members and the general public, as well as individual comfort, solace and a sense of
purpose. and
livl provides pastoral, financial and other welfare support to those in need.
