The objects of the charity are for the benefit of the public in supporting the life and ministry of clergy and other ministers serving in the Archdeaconry of Oxford in the Diocese of Oxford, who are in any kind of need, whether financial, medical, educational or recreational, and providing similar support to the widowed spouses or other dependent of such clergy or ministers.

Objects: The Objects Are For The Benefit Of The Public The Prevention Or Relief Of Poverty Of Clergy And Other Ministers Serving In The Archdeaconry Of Oxford In The Diocese Of Oxford Or Who Have Served In The Said Archdeaconry Of Oxford Since 1 March 2014 Or In The Former Archdeaconry Area Prior To 1 March 2014 And Who Are In Need And Providing Similar Support To The Spouses And Widowed Spouses Or Other Dependents Of Such Clergy And Other Ministers Who Are In Need.
