charity (Ihe Trusf) for the year ended 31112 12023.
Responsibilities and
basis of report
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparats'on of the
accounts in accordan￿ wtth the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
{Ihe Act.).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying oul my examination. I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145{5)(b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confinn that no material matters have
examiner's statement come to my attention in o)nnection with the examination (other than that
disclosed below") which gives me cause to believe that in. any material
respect..
the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130
of the Chanties Act., or

and with the Charities Act.

Market House Building
The building was gifted by Col H G Ricardo in 1920 lo be held by Truste8s for
the benefit of the residenls of Minehinhampton. Having been heks by
Minchinhampton Parish Council as Custodian Tnjstees. it was transferred lo
the CIO on 2 July 2019 and is included at valuab.on
Other Tangible fixed assets
These are ¢apitalised rf they can used for more than one year and cost al
least £250. Items cosb.ng less than £250 are expensed and shown in the
SOFA as 'Capital Purchases,

No tnJstees received any remuneration during the pw¥)d. Three trustees were reimbursed for supplies and
equipment purchased on behalf of the charity amounting to £1,229

a. Restricted Grants and DonatKJns relate to grants as explained above.
b. In 2022 Unrestricted Grants and Donations included govemment grants of £3.767 and a grant of £5,000
from Minchinhampton Parish Council.
Repairs and Maintellan￿ of £7.248 was PTincipalty £3,186 for a replacement 3.5m wide mtorised
projection screen, £800 for repairs to wwdwork in the green room and £743 toilet and drains maintenance.

grants have been treated as deferred income which is credrted to the profit and loss account by instalmenls
