Overview from Chair of the Board of Trustees Anthony Blakeway:

2020/2021 proved to be a difficult year with the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic. Unfortunately the centre was forced to close as the local authority imposed lockdown rules across the City.

This caused a great strain and frustration with some members who could not operate zoom or team apps, due to these circumstances we tried to communicate by telephone as is evident in our financial statements, luckily we are in a position to hold our own, we are looking forward to great changes ahead and rejuvenating the centre and being able to move forward in a confident manner.

We now aim to train all members in the use of modern technology using teams or zoom for communications.
