social welfare, well-being & for combatting

We aim to be the focal point and the heartbeat
of our village community, bringing people
together through a variety of events to meet,
enjoy and benefit from each other’s company,

real sense of community and support
throughout our three villages.
The accounts will show that the VH was rented
out for parties and other functions. People who
have attended functions have spoken
favourably about the VH, parishioners and

number of events were held at the village hall
which were well attended by residents and
others.

Meetings – both Trustee and Volunteer
The charity has included the Parish and the
wider community in various activities and has
included those who are aged, infirm or disabled.
It has also promoted a sense of community &
development of individual
skills/competency/capability through
volunteering.
The VH is achieving its aims to people in the

Wine, beer etc has already been bought, there is a
stock list, so any sale at an event over and above
what the cost was will add to profit.
Income:
The VH continues to enjoy SKDC Lottery
funding to the tune of around £7.50 / month
Expenditure:
apart from the alarm (£65), insurance
circa £510), electric (circa £390) we are still having
issues with Anglian Water. Command Pest Control
provided a figure of £120 for the year which the
Trustees have adopted. Cakes were baked by
volunteers for the wreath making. Other expenses
included general cleaning products and payments to
people who had purchased food stuffs.
The VH accounts are in a healthy position.
A Financial Summary is given to each Trustee every
time they meet and it is also emailed to them at
certain times of the year so that they are aware at all
