Trustees have and must accept ultimate responsibility for directing the
affairs of the charity, and ensuring:

that the charity is solvent, well-run, and delivering the charitable
outcomes for the benefit of the public for which it has been set up.

Trustees value professional and personal development for both Trustees
and Volunteers. New trustees and Staff, including volunteers are given
induction regarding the charity policies and working document. They are
encouraged and supported in their training and development to enhance
efficiency and competencies in carrying out their tasks and
responsibilities in order to achieve the objects of the charity.|
