# **Joining hands joining hearts Trustee Minutes**

**Present: Elaine A, Sandra Y, Keeley B, Hina D, Kelly P. Absentees: none**
## Keeley opens meeting. Time: 7pm
## **Accounts:**
- Bid writer has not taken post at present due to delay in getting the accounts present and correct.
- Keeley and elaine have collaborated on the accounts and have spoken to the charity commission with regards to delays etc.
- Elaine has got account sheets ordered back to 2019.
- Need to confirm if the sum of £459.82 that was given from Tesco for the pony’s days can be moved over to general as the stables used previous is now closed. Keeley will contact or find out if Tesco will allow this movement of money.
- Holiday £31.60 left on account, Keeley will find the email/ documentation to confirm this can be used for other items, i.e. coffee morning.
- the accounts were presented, and all present agreed the accounts for upload to the Charities Commission
