**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF ANYONE WITHIN ENGLAND AND WALES, THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BECAUSE OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, PRINCIPALLY BY WAY OF THE PROVISION OF LEGAL ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE TO PERSONS WHOM ARE TENANTS IN PROPERTIES THAT ARE SUFFERING FROM HOUSING DISREPAIR; PEOPLE WHO, THROUGH LACK OF MEANS, WOULD OTHERWISE BE UNABLE TO OBTAIN SUCH ADVICE AND/OR ASSISTANCE.

**Activities:** We are primarily an advisory service, providing general support and guidance to those in financial hardship who would otherwise be unable to obtain such assistance. We also provide an advocacy service to assist us in furthering our charitable objectives, whilst also signposting service users to other services where necessary.
