Report by the Chairman of Trustees for the Annual Return 2025
The Charity was incorporated in 2018 with the primary objectivè of advancing the Christian
faith in the United Kingdom and abroad. Since then Tim Grant. the Ministry Director, has
fulfilled this objective by teaching and preathing in thi5 country and further afield, working
with the leaders of the churches and networks he serves, U5in8 estabSi5hed relationships
and making new contacts.
In February 2025, arrangements for the sale of our two tents and associated equipment to
another charity were concluded and an Agreement was signed, providing for the price of
£15,(MXJ to be pald by monthly instalment5 of £SOO. This marked the end of many years of
tent ministry, in the UK and throughout Europe, which has seen the gospel preached and
many cometo knowjesus Christ as their personal saviour.
During the year, Tim has travelled widely in this country and abroad in the course of his
ministry. He has continued to build new relationships in the north west of England where he
lives, working with individual churche5 and network5, at evangelistic events and a biblical
training school. He has taught on healing and been Involved in evangelism at churches in
Hampshire, as well as mlnistering at events in Scotland and Wales. He has been to Belarus,
speaking at a conference for evangelists from Eastern Europe. and Bulgaria, ministering
On￿ again to both gypsy and Bulgarian churches. A new opportunity was a trip to Estonia,
where he spoke in churches and at a conference on moving in the power of the Holy Spirit.
Another trip Is planned for next year. which would include teaching and also evangellsm.
This year has been a year of change. with the letting go of the tents and all that was
involved in running tent events, and the development of a new thrust, equipping churches
at home and abroad to reach out into their communities in the power of the Holy Spirit. Tim
believes the training should be made avallable on video 50 as to be more widely a¢¢essible.
The Trustees have met in person once this year but have communicated at other times via
phone and email to discuss the work of the Charity and its finances, especially the Sale of
the tent5, which has significantly increased our income. Thi5 gives us the opportunity to
increase our expenditureto supportthe development of the Charitvs work.
