Spearhead Mlnlstrles Charity reglstratlon number 1179931 Report by the Chairman of Trustees for the Annual Return 2024 The Charity was incorporated in 2018 with the primary objective of advancing the Christian faith in the United Kingdom and abroad. Since then Tim Grant, the Ministry Dirertor, has fulfilled this objective by teaching and preaching in this country and further afield, in person and online, working with the leaders of the groups he serves usln8 establlshed relationships and making new contacts. As mentioned in last yearfs report, Tim's wife Kim (who was the Assoclate Dlrectorl died in April 2023. Her absence Is still keenly felt but in 2024 rim resumed a number of ministrv actlvltles, including his involvement in a series of teaching conferences in Bulgaria. In this country, he continues to teach and preach at various venues. For some of these, he uses material from courses he established some years ago, such as 'School of Evangelism, and 'School of Faith.. The Trustees have met in person twice during the year and have communicated at other times via emall when necessary to discuss the work and finances of the Charity. Its income and expenditure have once again been modest, with a deficit of £22 meaning that the balance of fund5 held at the end of the financial year remained at just over £7,200.
