Report by the Chairman of Trustees for the Annual Return 2023
The Charity was incorporated in 2018 wlth the primary objective of advancing the Christian
faith in the United Kingdom and abroad. Since then Tim Grant, the Ministry Dirertor, and his
wife Kim, the Associate Director, have fulfilled thi5 objective by teathing and preaching in
this country and further afield, in person and online, working with the leaders of the groups
they serve, utilising established relationships and maklng new contacts.
2023 was overshadowed by Kim's declining health. She had taken an active role in the work
of Spearhead and in supporting TIM, as well as using her gifts and life experience in her own
ministry. She died In April and there was a service in May to celebrate her life. The number
of people who attended VRS testament to the Influence she had and the blessing she has
been for so many. Inevitably, rim took time out from hls ministry following her death, but
towards the end of the year he began to r￿OnneCt wrth his existlng contacts and consider
new ventures.
For the same reason, the Trustees did not meet regularly during the year but gave Tim the
space he needed, while keepinz in touch with each other and monitoring the Charitvs
finances. Although its income and expendlture continued to be modest, its General Funds
Increased by£l,732, mainly due to an increase in donatlons.
