1. **Basis of Accounts** 

   - These accounts are prepared on the receipts and payments basis, appropriate for small charities that are not required to produce accrual accounts. 

## 2. **Nature of Activities** 

Theology School delivers free online theological and leadership training for 



Christian leaders and clergy. Activities are designed to advance the charity’s purposes and provide public benefit.

All trustee donations (£3,800) were voluntary. No trustee received remuneration, and no expenses were claimed other than those reimbursed. 

## 4. **Public Benefit** 

All charitable activities are provided free of charge to participants, supporting access to theological education and leadership development for individuals who may not otherwise have access.
