**Objects:** 1.1 The Objects of the Charity, which are for the public benefit, are: 1.1.1 therelief of those in need because of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financialhardship or other disadvantage by (but without prejudice to the generality ofthe foregoing): 1.1.1.1 providing and managing housing (including almshouses) and providing assistance to help house people; 1.1.1.2 the provisionof associated facilities, amenities and services, including (without limitation)health and personal care services and financial and other forms of support;1.1.1.3 the provision of residential nursing and care homes and extra caresupport; and 1.1.1.4 the provision of education, training, mentoring and otherforms of support to children and young people. 1.1.2 Any other charitablepurpose which shall be selected by the Trustees in their absolute discretionfrom time to time. 1.2 These provisions may be amended by specialresolution but only with the prior written consent of the Commission.

**Activities:** We are a family of charities &amp; community of people supporting those most in need in the West Midlands. We want everyone, regardless of age or circumstances, to feel secure, have opportunities and to thrive. We do this by providing  social care services to people in need,  services to advance the opportunities of children and young people &amp; safe, affordable and well-maintained alms-housing.
