Relief of Poverty, Education, Sustainable Development, Disaster Relief and Environmental Conservation
Objects: (1) The Prevention Or Relief Of Poverty Or Financial Hardship Anywhere In The World Either Generally Or Individually, In Particular But Not Exclusively Through The Provision Of: Grants, Items And Services To Individuals In Need, The Provision Of Education, Training, Healthcare Projects, Food, Clothing, Housing, Shelter, And The Other Necessities Of Life And All The Necessary Support Designed To Enable Individuals To Generate A Sustainable Income And Be Self-Sufficient.(2) To Provide Education To Destitute People Anywhere In The World, In Particular But Not Exclusively Through Building Or Helping To Build Schools, Colleges, Museums And Other Educational Institutions, Providing Or Maintaining Educational Facilities Or Providing Or Enabling The Provision Of Education.(3) To Promote Sustainable Development For The Benefit Of The Public Anywhere In The World In Particular But Not Exclusively By:(a) The Preservation, Conservation And The Protection Of The Environment And The Prudent Use Of Resources;(b) The Promotion Of Sustainable Means Of Achieving Economic Growth And Regeneration.sustainable Development Means “Development Which Meets The Needs Of The Present Without Compromising The Ability Of Future Generations To Meet Their Own Needs.”(4) The Relief Of Financial Need And Suffering Among Victims Of Natural Or Other Kinds Of Disaster Anywhere In The World For Persons, Bodies, Organisations And/or Countries Affected In The Form Of Money Or Other Means Deemed Suitable, In Particular But Not Exclusively By: The Provision Of Medical Aid, Sanitation, Food, Shelter And Clothing.(5) To Promote For The Benefit Of The Public The Conservation Protection And Improvement Of The Physical And Natural Environment, In Particular But Not Exclusively By Implementing Or Helping To Implement Reforestation And Other Ecological Projects.in Each Case Whether Directly And/or By Supporting Other Charities Or Other Organisations Working Towards The Object(s) Of The Charity, With A Primary Intention Of Funding The Projects Supported By The International Rokpa Organisation.
