Objectives and Activities
The objects of the charity are to benefit persons with Cerebral Palsy or with a related disability and their carers within the county of Lincolnshire. The trustees confirm they have referred to the guidance contained in the Charity Commission’s general guidance on public benefit when reviewing the charity’s aims and objectives and in planning future activities and setting the grant making policy for the year.
The charity carries out these objects by:
Providing grants or donations to appropriate institutions and individuals for the treatment, education, training and welfare of those with Cerebral Palsy.
Provides equipment or funding for adaptations that will assist with the management of Cerebral Palsy.
Provides free advice to beneficiaries via a support line. Utilising the charities volunteers and their personal family experiences of Cerebral Palsy to signpost individuals to the appropriate care and authorities.
Works with local authorities and other organisations providing local services for those with Cerebral Palsy to highlighting and improve the quality of services for families in Lincolnshire.

Public Benefit:
The main activities undertaken are to further the charity's purposes for the public benefit and the trustees have had due regard for the Charities Commision guidance on public benefit
Achievements and Performance
We have continued to promote the charity and made a particular effort to be active in the community so families are aware of the support we offer. We have supported different beneficiaries through our grant scheme.
We are primarily a volunteer led organisation and our special thanks go to all those volunteers who have worked tirelessly over the past 12 months to support us and enable us to grow and develop the charity, making it fit for purpose in the 21st century.
Financial Overview
A deficit of £458 was made in the year. Current reserves of £51,695 are currently held, which exceeds the policy.
Structure, Governance and Management
The charity registered as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation on 11th September 2018 and is governed by its articles.
Method to Recruit Trustees
Trustees have been approached where it is believed they have the skills that can support the charitable objectives.
