VMF is a Charitable Incorporated Organization governed by its constitution dated V4n018. The
governance Structure of the charity is in line with the requlrements of the Charty Commission
There must be at least 3 miftimum tharity Tntstees, and the maximum number of charity
Trustees can be up to 12. The Trustees delegate the day-to-day operations of the charity to the
Finance and PAministration and Development team in conjunttion with the Chalr. Full meetin8S

stepped Ilown last yeardue to health issues, so we currently have 5 on the board.

The ￿aT 2025 proved to be particularty slow for VMF, as our capacity to deliver seThlces
was signifKanttrrf affected by global challenges and the ongoing financial difficultres faced
by many organizations. As a srnall charity. these obstades made it especialty hard to
secure funding. Nevertheless. in December. we received support from our donor to fund
an ICT project that had pr￿loV51Y been postponed in 2024 due to lack of resources. We
¥K)w plan to Implement this projert In 2026. Additionally, s£veral of volunteers
retumed to school, ￿sUIting in a smaller team and limiting our abilityto participate in
events, especialty in Ghana where studies and examinations took priority. Despite these
constraints. we remained committed to supporting undefseThed communities With the
resour￿ available to us
Throughout the Cris￿ we followed govemment gu￿elIneS and revlewed and changed
practices to maintain safetyfor all.

activities of the charity carr*d out to ensure that all risks are identifted and that
procedures have been wt in place to mitsgate those risk To asslst with thts duty and the
