**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED, BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE, THROUGHOUT ENGLAND AND GHANA, BY:I) FUNDING AND FACILITATING EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS AND COUNSELLING.II) PROVIDING DONATIONS OF DAILY NECESSITIES SUCH AS CLOTHING, READING BOOKS AND EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS.

**Activities:** VMF sends children and adults clothing, educational toys,shoes,reading books, school supplies, medical consumables and equipment from the UK to Ghana to relieve poverty and to support the development of education for children and health for those living in impoverish communities throughout the year. Goods are distributed amongst the most needy regardless of age, gender, ethnicity/race, religion
