Trustees use the following criteria for the animals/people surrendering the animals: Dogs of Spinone breed, mix or type outside of the UK. Dogs who have been abandoned, neglected or abused. Dogs which, after initial veterinary check, are shown to be free from deadly disease and able to withstand travel. Dogs who are available to be rehomed outside of the home nation. Trustees use the following criteria for the new owners wishing to adopt a dog: Owners who have appropriate space and lifestyle to care for the dog. Owners who have experience in the breed or who have experience in dog ownership and care. Owners who are open to guidance on behaviour challenges. |

Para 1.20 | During the period 1st April 2020 to 31 March 2021, Spinone Overseas For Adoption has successfully rehomed 38 dogs from Italy to the UK. The charity has also continued to focus on education and has developed the website to include information about caring for, training and tackling past trauma in Spinone dogs. |

Re8pon8ibilities and basis of report As the charity trustees of the Trust you a 5nsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance 1th the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (the Act.). I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under se(Xion 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my examination I have folloj all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under s.On 145(5){b) of the A(* Independent examinerfs statement I have completed my examination.
