**Objects:** THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF ASHWELL AND SURROUNDING AREAS WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR:(1) MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES, AND(2) OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS.'

**Activities:** Our charity operates to provide activities and services to the local community and to work to prolong the life of the community resource. We organise social and educational events in Ashwell Village Hall that will appeal to all ages and this in turn helps support those in the community who may be vulnerable to social isolation or loneliness.
