## **Moretonhampstead Swimming Pool Trust (Charity No. 1179808) CIO Annual Report 2024** 

At the end of the 2023/24 financial year, the Land Registry had still not processed the application to transfer the property assets (permanent endowment) from the Trust Charity No. 272183 to the CIO. In anticipation, the trustees have prepared and approved the Transfer of Power Resolution and Vesting Declaration and set up a bank account ready to receive the cash in hand at the appropriate time. It is looking very likely that this CIO will be fully operational during the course of the 2024/25 financial year.
