Moretonhampstead Swimming Pool Trust (Charity No. 1179808) CIO Annual Report 2023
In follow up to the decision made in 2022 to instruct a local solicitor to deal with the transfer of assets from the Trust to the CIO, progress has been made and a transfer of the property has been lodged with the Land Registry but there is a processing back log and the official confirmation of legal title is still awaited. Once available, we will be able to fully activate the CIO, conclude the Trust business and close the Charity No. 272183.
