In May 2021 the website went live, so by October 2021 we had 10 films on the website and were able to increase community engagement about the content of the films. westbankparkheritagetrust.org It is important to note that following the second National Lockdown (November 2020 to Christmas) we were still being very cautious with any group contact. This had given us a new way of working over zoom and with technology which was continued into 2021. In this respect the films were a good way to share information which had already been recorded. **Summary of the main activities undertaken for the public benefit in relation to these** In July 2021 Tony Lambert (Great, Great, Great Grandson of James Backhouse) was finally able to travel from Auckland to visit UK. We **objects (include within this** were also able to interview Tony for a second time and also to reunite **section the statutory** him with the scrapbook which had been in safe keeping with the Trust. **declaration that trustees have** The scrapbook had already been digitised by the British Library and **had regard to the guidance** also annotated and preserved by conservator working with the trust. **issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit)** https://www.bl.uk/case-studies/james-backhouse-digitisation The results of the interview were then incorporated into the case study for future digitisation online. This work is ongoing.
