Farleys Foundation is a Charitable Incorporated Organsiation (CIO), registered with the Charity Commission and governed by its constitution adopted 3 September 2018. 

## **Objectives and activities** 

To further such charitable purposes (charitable under English Law) as the trustees see fit in particular but not limited to the relief of poverty for the public benefit by making grants. 

## **Achievements and performance** 

The charity distributed £9,283 to worthy causes over the year. 

## **Financial review** 

At the year end the charity had total funds of £10,804 to be carried forward and used to further its objectives.
