sport, refftation and sporting activities and develq)ment ofjoint projects for the
community with the use of facililies and open spac8 in thè local area. Wrth the oppor-
tunity to build fitness. participation, skill kniel$ and sportiro interest toth in a fomal
and infomial mannw for the recreational benefft of ￿ communty as a who￿.

The Charivs Trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The
Charity considers that an audit is not required for this year (under section 43 (2) of
the Charitie8 Act 1993 (th8 1993 Act) and that an indeper¥Jent examination is
