**Annual Trustees Report Year Ending 31[st] March 2021** 

During the financial year rent from the farm tenancies at Fowberry amount to £16,360. 

A small amount of bank interest was received. 

Insulation works have been carried out on the farmhouse. An application for BOAT across the holding was successfully defended with the route marked as a public footpath only 

A surplus of £13,275 was recorded. 

A donation of £30,000 was made to the Parish church of St.Aidans, Bamburgh during the year. This was more than in previous years due to the Covid 19 pandemic.
