period. There b no evidence that they were actively involved in the charity's operational or
financial oversight during the year. This report 15 therefore bo5ed orl limited records and
reconstructed understanding of activity that took place.
Struct(Lre, Governance and Management
The Bevington Trusr is a Charitoble Incorporated Organisacion (CIO), governed by a constitution
adopted on 29 August 2018.
During the reportirlg year, no formal trustee meetings were held and no documented deci5ion5
were recorded. The chariry functioned without active governance, and there is no evidence of
minutes, policies, or oversight structure5 belng in place at that time.
Objectives and Activities
The principal airn of the charity is to support the advancement of educotiorl through additional
resources and enrichment activities, primarily for pupiLs at Bevington Primary School.
In 2022-23, the team focused on identifying potential funding streams for youth-focused
interventions. These informal efforts included early discussions wiik local partners and
preliminary ideas for after-school enrichment, mental health support, and engagement activities
for families within the school community.
Public Benefit
To tke best of our knowledge, the charity dld not carry out a formal public benefit assessment in
accordance with Charity Commission guidelines during the year. However, the team's activity

remained rooted in the charity's commitment to advancing education and supportirig young
people's development.
AclLievements and Performance
Despite the absence of formal trustee oversight, the team made modest progres5 towards
reconnecting the charity with its purpose. Conversations were Initiated with community leader5
and school staff about designing programmes that could close opportunlty gaps for puptl5.
Volunteers also remained engaged in a5515ting with planning around fundraising initiatives and
enrichment proposals.
Financial Review
To the best of our knowledge, the charlty's recorded income for 2022-23 was £3,460, and total
expenditure was £3,137.
The financtal octivity reflecrs minor resldual income and low-level operating Costs. There were no
restricted fLLnd5, and tFLe charity did not receive any government contracts or engage in formol
fundraising. All income and expenditure remained within tke UK.
Reserves Policy
To the best of our knowledge, a reserves pollcy was not in place during the year. The absence of
trustee leadership lirriited long-tern financial planning. Establishing a reserves strategy will be
priority for the new board.

To the best of our knowledge, the charity did not operate urlder any documented risk
marLagement framework durirlg tFLe period in question.
