**we have had a number of swimmers**

**medals at the event and one swimmer**
**was awarded the LASCAT trophy.**
**OPur masters swimmers were**

**of the year, and one of our masters also**
**won gold at the regional**
**championships.**
**We have supported our coaches with**
**training on neuro developmental and**
**other mental health matters.**
**We have continued to run our open**
**meet and also added to lots of time**
**trials to our calendar. Time trials have**
**been offered at no charge to our**
**members to ensure fair access to as**
**many swimmers as possible.**
**We have continued to offer discounted**
**swimming to additional siblings who**
**join the club.**
**WE continue to add people to our**
**committed team of volunteers and**
**committee.**
**All of the above add value to the club as**
**a whole and allow it to operate to ensure**
**that we can secure the success of as**
**many of our swimemrs as possible. We**
**continue to strive to be even more**
**inclusive as a club, and enjoy a renewed**
**focus on supporting swimmers with**
