This has had a definite<br>physical and mental benefit for participants<br>and 67 have gained their award. Leaders<br>provided opportunity for expeditions and a<br>full programme is running, allowing all those<br>taking part to achieve. Currently training and<br>mentoring new young leaders in their staff<br>role.|
