To promote and protect the physical and mental health of people who have been diagnosed with brain tumours and their families in the North of England through the provision of support, education and practical advice. 

To advance the education of the general public in all areas relating to brain tumours. 

To fundraise to support research into brain tumours

The Three Tumours Annual Statement and Report 2025 

The Three Tumours is a small charity which was founded by 4 men with terminal (GBM4) Brain Tumours.  It’s focus is to : 

1. Raise funds to fund research into finding a cure 

2. Increasing awareness to aid early diagnosis 

3. Improving the quality of care and support for sufferers of brain tumours and their families 

4. Signposting resources for sufferers of brain tumours and their families. 

The Three Tumours was awarded charity status in June 2018. 

What we have achieved to date; 

- Built a relationship with Northern Cancer Care Unit Consultant Neurosurgeons – aiming to create funding for brain tumour research project 

- Counselling Sessions for brain tumour sufferers and their families 

- Day trips / weekends away / experience days for brain tumour sufferers and their families making memories initiative 

- Supermarket bag packs information / fundraising events 

- Support meetings for brain tumour sufferers 

- Market stalls / information events 

- Business cards, banners and merchandise obtained and sold to raise funds and awareness 

- Developed a website and improved and updated website in 2025 

- Continued networking group BNI to expand advocacy and network of the charity 

- Organised sponsored events / fashion shows / race nights / gala nights 

- Received press coverage including Northern Insight Magazine and Look North

The trustees confirm their annual report and financial statements of the charitable company comply with the current statutory requirements, the requirements of the charitable company’s governing document and the provisions of the Statement of Recommended Practice, applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland.
