**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE MENTAL HEALTH OF YOUNG PEOPLE THAT HAVE/ARE BEING BULLIED OR AT RISK OF BEING TARGETED BY BULLYING, IN CUMBRIA. THE PROMOTION OF MENTAL HEALTH WILL BE DONE BY 1-2-1 SUPPORT, GROUP WORK, AND MEDIATION. RAISE AWARENESS AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE EFFECTS OF BULLYING.

**Activities:** Spiral works with young people that have/are being effected by bullying or at higher risk of being targeted by bullying.  We offer 1-21 support and group work to build emotional resilience in young people and their families.
