The financial statements of the charitable company, which is a publiG benefit entity uud¢r FRS 102, have been
prepared in accordance ivith the Charities SORP (FRS 102)'Accounting and Reporting by Charities.. Statement of
Recommended Practice applicable to chariiies preparingtheir acLounrs in accordance wilh the Finan¢iJl R¢porting
Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102) (effective l January 20191,, Financial Reporting
