mployrnenl costs of ¥ ¢hildr•n and families worker. The Trustees were pl•88ed to provlde a further £19,147 to be
used to fund that work.
Oudng 2023 th• Iralnlng curat8 of HPC reached th¢ end ol h1$ ￿racy. Tha Trust has bèen sn ¢onversatlon8 ¥￿th
representativas of the PCC of HPC around providing fin8n¢l81 support lor the employment of an A93OCHtè Vicar for
the Church. The rjjrrenl Incumbent of the Church, h8vlng moved from hls role a8 Associate Vicar. hos left a gap in
Staffing meoning some aciivibes have been curtailed. Tha Trustees are keen lo support any application for funding
whan 8n appolnlrnenl Is rnade 80 83 lo see r•source$ for gospel rnlnisty In Hallsttam grow.

The Tru$l¢¢$ continue to be arnazed by God's incredlblè provision for the Trust du￿￿9 the year and to the
conllnulng generosty of an increasing number ol donors.
Income for the year arnour￿d lo £74,365 Includlng donatlons and r818ted gfft ald of £71.444. Exp8ndKure totalled
£56,050 leading lo a SUTpIu5 of £18,31512022.' Surplus of £3,6e81.
The Trust r>)ntinue8 lo hav• a firm financial footing, with a pool of reserves to b¢ used in the fulure lo forrn ¥ new
Church should it prove necèssary. The Trust has e5tabli5hed regular flnanclol support from donors and I￿11 look to
rknnts'nue Svpportlng gospel ministry.

estimate ol six month wnning ¢osts of a new Church.
