Thls year ha5 been marked by sl8nlfkant progress and resllience a5 ESRA adapted to change,
deepened dient engagement, and strengthened it5 foundations for the future. Below is a summary
of our key achlevements overthe past 12 rnonths..

over the period.

While ESRA has achleved a great deal thi5 year, we have also faced slgnificant challenges that have
tested our resillence and high1￿h*ed aTea5 requlrln8 ongoln8 attention and 5tr*e8lc attion.
We had planned to leave our maln hub in March 2025, but the move was broughtfotward to
December 2024. Thls requlred us to qulckly adjust to a new way of workin& We have now secured
new office and two spaces for running activitie5. Thi5 change ha5 not affected the nurnber of people
we suppor¢ and we're still offeTin8 a welcoming and ac￿ssible place for cllents. People contlnue to
feel supported, and our staff tsam has adapted well to the transltlon.

31 March 2025 which are set out on the previous pa8es.

The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charity's trustees conslder that an
audit is nol required for this year under sectlon 144 of the Charlties Act 2011 (the Charities Act), an¢J that an
independent examination 15 needed.

to follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions glven by the Charity Commission
