by providing advice and assistance and organizing programs of
physical,
educational and other activities as a means of:
(a) advancing in life and helping young people by developing
their skills,
capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in

independent, mature and responsible individuals;
(b) advancing education;
(c) relieving unemployment;
(d) providing recreational and leisure time activity in the interests
of social welfare for people living in the area of benefit who have
need by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disability, poverty
or social and economic circumstances with a view to improving
the conditions of life of such
persons;
(e) Preserving and protecting the health and wellbeing.
(f) Reducing engagement in crime and anti-social behaviour
Objectives and activities
The trustees will review the aims, objectives and activities of the
charity each year.
Physical, educational, health and wellbeing aims are key to the
Charity’s aims and objectives. We also want to add the objective
of:
reducing anti-social behaviour and reduction of engagement in
crime for young people.|

During the reporting period, the trustees reviewed the charity’s sustainability and capacity to continue operations The limits in funding being received through grants impacted the charity’s ability to continue. The trustees have identified the reduction in funding has led to considering the closure and winding up of the charity, this agreement was reached unanimously by the trustees.
The trustees confirm creating a closure plan:

The plan will include communicating closure. Transfer of remaining funds to be appropriately undertaken according to the constitution. Closing the bank account Closing website Liabilities will be formally settled before closure by following the appropriate procedures. The Charity has received confirmation that the Liabilities will be formally and unconditionally waived. The confirmation will be retained in writing as evidence. Completing final accounts and completing closure form, this process will need to be undertaken. As part of the legal requirement, we will retain accounting records and evidence for at least 7 years after the year they were produced.
