Summary of the objects of the charity set out in its governing document
To act as a resource for young people up to the age of 19 living in Birmingham and Solihull by providing advice and assistance and organizing programs of physical, educational and other activities as a means of: (a) advancing in life and helping young people by developing their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as independent, mature and responsible individuals; (b) advancing education; (c) relieving unemployment; (d) providing recreational and leisure time activity in the interests of social welfare for people living in the area of benefit who have need by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disability, poverty or social and economic circumstances with a view to improving the conditions of life of such persons; (e) Preserving and protecting the health and wellbeing. (f) Reducing engagement in crime and anti-social behaviour Objectives and activities The trustees will review the aims, objectives and activities of the charity each year. Physical, educational, health and wellbeing aims are key to the Charity’s aims and objectives. We also want to add the objective of: reducing anti-social behaviour and reduction of engagement in crime for young people. We look forward to continuing to develop our work within these key areas to focus on for the next financial year: We look forward to setting up and running our next projects and looking at expanding our funding goals and achieving these.

Review and feedback of engagement from service users within the Creative Arts Covid 19 project 2020/2021, over 400 children took part

The response to the events was bigger than we anticipated. We had a positive response, and we were able to reach a larger group of children from primary school ages

Section D Achievements and performance
Summary of the main Review and feedback of engagement from service users within the achievements of the charity Creative Arts Covid 19 project 2020/2021, over 400 children took during the year part Greater response than we had anticipated, with very positive feedback received from everyone that took part. Learning from feedback to be incorporated into new projects. Further Fun Day to be planned and undertaken.
We have purchased a colour printer that will be used to print and display artwork, we can use this for poster size prints.
