## **TRUSTEES ANNUAL REPORT – Fiscal Year 2022**

## **Aims & Objectives**

Our aim continues to be front and centre with a greater push towards working more closely with other churches and community organisations in our local and surrounding ward, to reach the wider community with a particular focus on families & support for married couples consisting of a traditional family unit both in the church and the wider community.

We continued to provide resources and access to development for members of the Body of Christ to reach and serve our beneficiaries, giving people a real sense of purpose and belonging. We provided access to our church community space for education provision, childcare provision, and emotional and mental health support, personal, professional and spiritual development through bible study, outreach, family events and community recreational and engagement activities.

Our aims and objectives stem from our vision and mission to lead people to spiritual healing which is to discover their God given purpose through the message of the Kingdom of God; provided in His word. We continue to review our services; our impact work is measured by access to our services and seeing the changes taking place in people’s lives and changes in situations such as coming out of financial poverty, improving mental health, supporting the elderly to come out of isolation and working with parents to help them & their children develop and grow in an environment that cultivates their gifts, abilities and uniqueness. Our community work and services are bringing us closer towards reaching the most vulnerable and isolated such as the elderly, single mothers and men struggling with mental health problems and financial difficulties. We aim to carry out more outreach work for men through providing coaching, personal and professional support.

## **Education and Open Space**

The provision of our church community space in the fiscal year 2022, continued steadily, this continues to be a great asset to the community, other Church ministries and other charitable organisations to access for delivering the activities, and the objectives of Jordan Healing Church International. The running cost and maintenance of the space has been managed well and services continued this year to thrive. The income gained from activities are used to sustain all our work.

## **Help & Support**

We continue to prioritise our work with community organisations & groups to support families experiencing financial poverty and economic disadvantage due to lack of employment and difficulties with suitable shelter or homes at risk of possession, and our marriage success program

and seminar is also a priority as we will continue to invest in this provision to encourage stable families; which will lead to families becoming more effective in their community and overall family life positively impacting the next generating.

## **Impact & Reach**

-  Over 1100 people accessed our community spaces; Churches, people from the community holding family/private parties and events, local community groups, people from the community who access education, training & employment support through community organisations hiring our community spaces and classrooms.

-  Our hall and room hire services are managed through our subsidiary company Unique Venue Hire, which has now been registered as a limited company due to the steady growth.
