Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are- To Help Young People, Especially But Not Exclusively Through Leisure Time Activities, So As To Develop Their Capabilities That They May Grow To Full Maturity As Individuals And Members Of Society.- To Relieve The Sufferings Of People Whom Can Be Either Residents In The United Kingdom Or Overseas, Who Are In Conditions Of Need, Hardship Or Distress. This May Be As A Result Of Local, National Or International Disaster Or By Reason Of Their Social Or Economic Circumstances, In Particular, Refugees And Displaced People.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (scotland) Act 2005] And [section 2 Of The Charities Act (northern Ireland) 2008].
