|||||||The financial<br>results for the year to 31 December 2021 were therefore||
|||||||impacted<br>significantly<br>by the Coronavirus<br>pandemic<br>restrictions,<br>with the||
|||||||Village<br>Hall unable to be opened for long periods oftime and other||
|||||||periods where residents<br>and local groups were not keen to return to||
|||||||using the facilities with income therefore reduced. Whilst some costs||
|||||||were incurred<br>over these closure periods and periods of inactivity, these||
|||||||were lower than would be expected<br>ifthe Village<br>Hall was in constant|use|
|||||||throughout.||
|||||||Only minor refurbishment<br>expenditure<br>was incurred<br>in the year to||
|||||||31 December 2021 given the closure ofthe Village<br>Hall for parts ofthe||
|||||||year.||
|||||||The Charity does not have a formal reserves<br>policy. Reserves at||
|Brief statement|||ofthe|||31 December 2021 total 823,819of which F13,801 are in restricted<br>funds||
|charity's|policy on reserves|||||and are in relation to the National<br>Lottery funding. These are therefore||
