The SafeToNet Foundation has been established to work with subject matter experts to help deal with the offline impact on children of cyber-abuse and online child sexual exploitation. In addition, the SafeToNet Foundation will improve the education and awareness of e-safety issues such as screen-time, and online social issues such as grooming, within schools and the general public.
Objects: The Advancement Of The Protection Of The Public, Particularly Children And Young People, By Protecting Them From Harm Arising From Contact With Unsuitable Material On The Internet Or Similar Media, Promoting The Welfare Of Those Affected By IT, Promoting Education And Awareness Of E-Safety And Online Social Issues And Carrying Out/funding Research Into Such Issues, The Useful Results Of Which Will Be Disseminated For The Public Benefit.
