Nasiha Foundation Charity No. 1179485 Trustees' Report For The Year Ended 31 March 2025
The trustees present their report and the financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2025.
Introduction:
We begin the name of Allah Almighty Who is Very Merciful and Most Compassionate and ask Him to send peace and blessings upon his final messenger the prophet Mohammed (sallalahu alaihi wa sallam).
Alhamdulillah Nasiha Foundation was established in 2018 under the guidance and support of our honorable sheikh Mufti Mohammed Abrar ul haq (hafizahullah) to encourage people to do charity work, in order to benefit our communities here in the UK and abroad.
With the help of Allah Almighty the Foundation is going from strength to strength.
The aims and objectives have been defined clearly. We wanted to help the poor families and their children with basic education and living expenses. We also realised the importance of faith in keeping our communities together. Therefore, any effort to look after the spirituality and to strengthen the faith would also be essential.
Spiritual Guidance:
Alhamdulillah, Sheikh continues to support brothers and sisters and offer advice and guidance to many individuals and families with their personal, family and community related issues.
Educational support:
Sheikh has experience of over 20 years in the field of Islamic knowledge and education. Many people continued to benefit from his expert advice with learning of the Quran for children and adults. Many individuals and families from the UK and abroad enjoy and appreciate a deeper understanding of the faith gained through his talks and conversations.
Raising funds for charity work in India:
Alhamdulillah many people responded to the call to support those who are in need, especially children from poor families in Hyderabad (India) and surrounding areas. We received donations from many brothers and sisters especially during the month of Ramadan.
Local Partnership:
Alhamdulillah, we are working with local established and well known charity in India which has been working for many decades helping poor families educate their children and looking after their essential needs. The trustees are also well known to the Board members of Nasiha Foundation.
Sponsorship for poor students:
Alhamdulillah we managed to support 250 children from poor backgrounds with their expenses for education, food and accommodation.
Ramadan Ration:
Thanks to Almighty with the help our donors and local volunteers we distributed Ration Packages (Ricd, Flour, Cooking Oil, Lentils, Basin, Tea, Sugar and dates) to 50 poor families and we aim to increase it to 100 families next year in sha Allah.
Masajid Support:
As we believe that the Masjid plays an important role for spiritual and emotional well being of the people, we continue to support three Masajid in Hyderabad and Telengana. We are working hard to increase this number as many people approach us and seek help. We also support some local Masajid here in UK as well according our humble abilities.
Appeal:
Please remember Nasiha Foundation in your Dua and let us know if you can help in any way. This will be Sadaqah Jariyah for you and your families in sha Allah.
May Allah accept all brothers and sisters who contributed and helped in any way, Aameen.

The Trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees’ Annual Report and the financial statements in accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards (United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice). The law applicable to charities in England and Wales requires the trustees to prepare financial statements for each financial year which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the charity and of incoming resources and application of resources of the charity for that period.
