TRUSTEES. REPORT ICONTINUEDI
FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2025
During 2024-25 we introduced further changes lo our Programme work. We have an addilw)nal As51slant
Programme Director and she has a team looking at Advocacy in the UK. From August 2024 we introduced four
n¢w categories into our reports, Service, Advocacy, Gifting and Activity. This was lo make the reporting easier
for m&mbers and allows them lo ¢oncgnlralè on giving more detail when they write up their s8rvice projects,
which halps the Programme laam wllh submissions lo the Unil&d Nations on our work.
In recent years we have labellad our reports und8r one or more of the 5Ps
Peace, Prosperity, Partnerships.
People and Planet and Ihen linked these to the 17 SDGS and SIGBI'S charitable objects. This has proved
confusing so this year we have moved away from tjsing the 5P approach and instead we have highlighted our
charitable objects and how they fil with Ihg SDGS. This has helped to ensure that the work we arg doing is
meeting our Objects as an organisalion. W8 hav& also realigned the Programmo l&am so each ol the Assistant
Programme Directors are aligned and responsible lo these objects as well as the SDGS.
