ACCOUNTANTS' REPORT TO THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE ON THE UNAUDITED OF MYAGDI ORGANISATION UK, FOR THE PERIOD ENDED ON 31st December 2024

In order to assist you to fulfill your duties under the Constitution of the Association, we have prepared for your approval the accounts of MYAGDI ORGANISATION UK for the year ended on 31st December 2024 as set out on attached pages from the organisation's accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us.

As a practising member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, we are subject to its ethical and other professional requirements which are detailed on their website.

This report is made solely to the Governing Board of MYAGDI ORGANISATION UK, as a body, in accordance with the terms of our engagement letter. Our work has been undertaken solely to prepare for your approval the accounts of MYAGDI ORGANISATION UK and state those matters that we have agreed to state to the Governing Board of MYAGDI ORGANISATION UK, as a body, in this report, in accordance with the requirements of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants as detailed on their website. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than MYAGDI ORGANISATION UK and its Governing Board as a body for our work or for this report.
