months. The last two years have been dlfficult due to lotkdowThs and the doslng of thetheatrt from
March 2020 to Ortober 2021 b￿, wlth the return of our much mlssed produrtlons. we'* seen the
theatre start to generate Income again. We're pleased to reportthat thls year Droylsden Llttle
Theatre has made an overall profit of £2,059 hthng 5tèrted the yearwrth resems of £16.156 and
endèd the year wlth £18.215. Income this year was £29,128 lofwhich £2,667 was grant fvndlngl and
costs totalled È2?,064. These income levels are not quite as hv&h as pre-pandemK but Quf costs ha¥e
not bten ès hl8h elther, largely down to onty (arryin8 (but four productions thls season ¥ersus our
usual ￿x. Going tnto next year we r￿d to be mlndful of the Increases coming to our cost bw-
things Ilke oas and elertricity are on the ￿Se. as well as the cost ol our bar strxk-so WÈ need to be
more c05t ¢onsclous than ever. We also need io make sure we ￿¥¢ stron8 ticket sales as well as
hosting social events as these really help to 8enerate income between production5. These areas
have been and will contlnue to be a locus for the Management Commiitee 80in8fr*wèfd.

the theatie closed, we dldn't chase up membershlp subscrfptlons. However slft￿ we've re-opened
we're pleased to soy that our membefsh4) numbers reathed 77. Thls is a drop of 30 since
