**Objects:** THE CHARITY’S OBJECTS ARE TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE CARE SYSTEM BY PROVIDING ESSENTIAL RESOURCES SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, BAGS, SUITCASES AND HOLDALLS TO CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE EITHER: (CRITERION A) AT RISK OF BECOMING LOOKED AFTER WITHIN THE NEXT 28 DAYS. (CRITERION B) CURRENTLY LOOKED AFTER BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITY, OR (CRITERION C) ENTITLED TO LEAVING CARE SERVICES BY VIRTUE OF ‘PART 6’ OF THE SOCIAL SERVICES AND WELL-BEING (WALES) ACT 2014 OR THE LEAVING CARE ACT 2000.

**Activities:** The charity relieves the needs of children and young people in the care system by providing essential resources such as, but not limited to, bags, suitcases and holdalls to children and young people who are either at risk of becoming looked, currently looked after by the local authority, or entitled to leaving care services.
