**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO RECRUIT AND TRAIN BELL RINGERS, USING INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP BASED PROGRAMMES OF CONTINUING EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT, IN MID DEVON, WEST SOMERSET, TAUNTON DEANE AND SURROUNDING AREAS FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADVANCING THE ART OF BELLRINGING ON BELLS HUNG IN TOWERS FOR FULL CIRCLE RINGING WHICH ARE AUDIBLE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

**Activities:** Developing tower bell ringing through training, mentoring, focused practices and recorded performances. Raising awareness of tower bells in the local community by organising tower visits, demonstrations, talks and providing recruitment information. Providing competent bands of ringers for ringing at Bampton and Huntsham. Raising funds for the long-term maintenance and development of the equipment.
