## **VIVIAN OSUNKOYA SHODIPO (VOS) FOUNDATION**

## **APRIL 2022 – MARCH 2023 ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS**

During this financial period, our fundraising efforts have effectively continued albeit reduced. Supporters of the work of the organisation has continued to donate funding, which resulted in the sum of £1,199.58 been raised during this financial year.

However, following the end of Covid-19 pandemic, we have been unable to resume the level of work that we carried out in Ogun and Lagos States in Nigeria, for different reasons. The key reason is political because Nigeria went through presidential, governorship and other elections, making interactions with key stakeholders challenging.

Equally, despite our inability to work directly locally, we commissioned the delivery of capacity building and curriculum training to teachers at Ajayi Crowther at a cost of £1,220.00. Our net income this financial year was £-20.42. Total funds in the organisation balance sheet as at 31 March 2023 was £13,773.59.

We want to thank all our supporters who despite the pandemic reached deep into their pockets and donated generously. We will continue to serve our community despite these unprecedented times.
