**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC AND PARTICULARLY AMONGST HEALTH PROFESSIONALS AND SCIENTISTS ON THE CAUSES, PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF MENINGITIS BY FUNDING AND PROMOTING RESEARCH IN ALL ASPECTS OF THOSE SUBJECTS, THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH TO BE PUBLISHED FOR PUBLIC BENEFIT.

**Activities:** To advance the education of the public & particularly amongst health professionals & scientists on the causes, prevention & treatment of meningitis by funding & promoting research in all aspects of those subjects, the useful results of those subjects to be published for public benefit. This Bristol charity operates on a voluntary basis & was founded as a legacy to Ryan Bresnahan who died at 16.
