The charity is controlled by its gov¢rning document. a deed of trust. and constitutes An unincorporated
charity.

Review ofActivities
The financial position of the fellowship at the end of the financial year is as detsiled in the attached
f￿anCIal statements. The charity received income of £95,121 during the period.
Actlvltles A¢hlevements during the Year
Agape Christlif¢ Fellowship continues to pursue and reach out and serv¢ our communities
By bringing hope through the gospel. Agape Christlife Fellowship in Milton Keynes meets every
Sunday and Agape Christlife Fellowship in Somerset meets every Friday and Satsirday. We
also have different ministries for Me￿ women. young people and kids. Our vitlual meetings
everyday are still going on for our bible studi4 training. prayer meetings for mutual
encouragement and to strengthen and develop our relationship with God and with one
aDOther.
Agape Christlife Fellowship continues to off¢r morAI support for those who are unwell, lonely,
discoLtrdg¢d through prayers. ¢ouns¢lling and visitation. The fellowship ¢ontinu¢s to offer
financial SUPFth by buying c¢)oked food and groceries for those who are in need.
Agape Christlife continues to serve our International online church through social media by
bringing the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ to friend& relatives and everyone who needs
prayers. counseling and the comforting Word of GOD.

people in Burlingion care hom¢.Northampton.
Agape Christlile conlinu¢s to organisc fund rdi5ing through Christmas, evangelism events
and sportsfest in ihe community. Our donations and giviii¥ our tithes offering continue in our
online banking, there are still few who prefer to drop in our donation basket which is carefully
ac¢ounl¢d for by our treasurer and cashiers.
Agape Christlife acquired a church building through a mortgage on 3 1st May 2024. The cost
of the propeity is £303,656. Agape Christlife made a down payment of £1 l O.OIM) and
therefore the outstanding mortgage is £190.000. The Iwation of th¢ church building is in
Yeovil, Somerset BA21 JJR.
Agape Christlife fellowship is so grateful and thankful this year. that w¢ were able to serve
GOD. serve our local community and globally. Thank you for our hard WOTking Pastors,
Elders and volunteers who work alongside us

How our activities deliver public benefit
Our main activities and who we try to s¢rv¢ are as described in our obj￿tIveS aThd aclivAti¢s. All our
haritable activities f￿￿S on th¢s¢ objectives to furtb¢r our oharitable purposes for the public benefit.
Th¢ charity m¢¢ls the Charity Commission's public ben¢fit crileria by providing donations for the
relief of povcrty in the county and oversea4 providing help and financial support to disabled
individuals and Community development objectives such as Sports, Dram4 Singing and Dance
Ministries.
The tru5tee5 have ¢oJnplied ivith the section 4 of CharÈties Act 2006 wÈth regard5 to public benefit
guidance published by the Charities Commission.
Sthtement of Truslees, Responsibilities
The trustees are responsible for prepartng the Tru5tees' Annual Report and the financial statements in
accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards (United Kingdom
Gen¢rally A¢¢epted A¢wunting Pra¢ti¢¢).
Th¢ law appli¢able to ¢h8riti¢s in England & Wales requires the trnstees to prepar¢ financtal
stat¢m¢nts for ¢ach f￿ancial year which give a tru¢ and fair view of th¢ slate of affairs of the charity
and of the incoming resources And application of resources of the charity for that peri(xl. In preparing
these financial statements. the ttwstees are required to:
a) Sel￿t suitabl¢ accounting wjlicies and apply them con5iStently'
b) observe the methods and principles in the Charities SORP.
c) make judgments and estimates that hre reasonable and prudent.
d) state whether applicable accounting stsndards have been followed subject to any material
departures disclosed and explained in the financial statements.

I report to the trustccs on my examination of the financial statements of Agape Christlife fellowship
('the charity,) for the year ended 31 March 2025 which comprise the Staiement of Financial Activities,
the Balan¢¢ Sheet and related notes.
This report is made solely to the charity's trustees. as a body. in accordance with section 145 of the
Charities Act 2011. My work has been undertaken so that I might slate to th¢ Charity's tTUStees those
matters l am required to state to them tn this report and for no other purpose. To th¢ fvllest extent
pennitted by law, I do not aecept or assume responsibility to anyone other than th¢ ¢harity and the
charity's trustee5 as a iK)dy, for my work, for this rep)rt, or for the opinions I have fomied.
Responsibilities basi5 of repDrt
As the trustees of the charity you ar¢ responsible for the preparation of the financial statements in
accordance with the requ1￿MentS of the Charities Act 2011 ('the Act,).
I report in res￿ of my ￿aMInatIon of the charity's financial ststements ca￿led out under section
145 of the Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given
by the Charity Commission under section 145(5Xb) of the Act.
An independent examination does not involv¢ gathving all the evidence that would be required in an
audit and consequently do¢s not Cover all the matters that an auditor considers in giving their opinion
on the financial statements. The planntng and conduct of an audit goes beyond the limitsd assurance
that an independent examination can provide. Consequently l express no opinion as to whether the
fmancial statements present a 'tTUe and fair. view and my report is limited to those specific matters set
out in the independent examiner's statement.
