The charity was able to meet its charitable aims by ralslng awareness of
conservalion, communily and cultural heritage in the Pembrokeshire
Coasl National Park and funding projects thai deliver against these
objecls.

engage more people in Ihe work of the charity and the importance of
safeguardin9 the natural environmenL
We have continued to grow OUT network of supporteis and partners and
strengthen previously eslablished partnerships.
Trustees have conlinued to meel regularly and oversee the running of the
Trus( in line with Charity Commission guidelines and good practice.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/3/2023. 

**Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation **basis of report** of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. 

**Independent** I have completed my examination.  I confirm that no material matters have **examiner's statement** come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
