The trnqteeq preqent their report with the financial qtalements of the charity for the year ended 31 sl March 2025.
The trllstees have adopted the provisions of Accounting and Reporting by Charities.. Statement of Recommended
Praciice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with Ihe Financial Reporting Standard
applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102) (effective l January 2019).
OBJECTIVES AliD ACTIVITIES
Objectives and aims
The obje¢ts as included within the constitution of The Wales Leadership Fornm (WLF) are..
l. Advancement of tlie Christian religion.
2. Sharing and implementing the best straregies for reaching others for Chrisi.
3. Renewing local churches.
4. The advancement of education amongst the Christian community achieved by organising conferences and
programs to assist Christian leaders to develop their gifts and abilities in their unique vocations and calling.
5. Mcntoring thc next gcneration of cvangclical Icaders.. Iinancial support for their ministries., leading their
churchcs or othcr organisations faithfully and with godly wisdotn.
The main a¢tivities of the Wale% Leadership Forum sin¢e its formation has been providing training support and
mentoring for Chriqtian leader.q.
We have also provided funding for Christian projects throughout Wales.
Signifiegnt activlties
Support
Funds for th¢ support of the ministry in 2024125 wcre primarily sourced from the existing support basc.
Projects
The annual conference was run in September and was attended by approximately 200 people. During the
confcrcnc¢ wc run a variety of scminars including, soul care, discipl¢ship, and cvang¢lisin. Follow up training
sessions w'ere also run throughoiit the year on various topics and in different places throughout Wales.
FINANCIAL REVIEW
Financial position
tncome for the period from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025 totalled £73,516. with significant contributions
from individual donors.. Expenditure amounted to £69,826, with the majority directed towards training
initiatives and grant funding for Christian projects across Wales. The charity reported Net Income of £3,690.
Funds at 31 March 2025 wcr¢ £71,537. Of thcsc funds £14,629 wcr¢ rcstrictcd and £33,597 wcrc hcld as
dcsignated furtds. The balanc¢ of fr¢e rcs¢rv¢s at th¢ pcriod cnd was £23,311.
Reserves policy
As Ihcr¢ ar¢ no recurring ov¢rh¢ad costs r¢quircd lo maintain the charity, thc trust¢cs do not consid¢r it
ncccssary to rctain 5pccific rcscrvc5.

STRUCTURE. GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT
Governing document
Wales Leadership Forum was established as a foundation Charitable Jncorporated Organisation, registered on
17 July 2018 with a constitution as a governing document.
Reeruitmcnt and appointment of new trustees
Should the need arise new trustees will be appoinied for a term of four years by the existing trustees taking full
account of the individual's relevant skills, knowledge and experience. Any new trustees will be appropriately
trained in respect of their responsibilities and the procedures of the charity.
Organisational structure
The charity does not employ any staff and is administered by the trustees and the operational committee who
provide day-to-day support for the running of the Charity. Decisions in respect of grants to be awarded are made
at trustee meetings.
Risk management
It is not considered that the charity is exposed to any major risks, but this is continually reviewed and should
any such be idcntificd, mitigating procedures will be dcviscd and itllplcm¢nt¢d.
Safeguarding
A safeguarding policy is now in place.

Responsibilities and basis of report
As tlie Charity trustc¢s of th¢ Trust you arc rc5ponsible for th¢ preparation of the accounts in accordance with the
requirements of the Charities Act 2011 {'th¢ Act,).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under Section 145 of the Act and in
carrying out my examination I have followed all applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under
Section 145{5){b) of the Act.

STATUTORY INFORMATION
Walcs Lcadcrship Forum is a charitablc incotyoratcd organisation, rcgistercd in England and Wales. The
contact address is 76, South Rise, Li5vane, Cardiff, CF41 ORG.
The principle activities and narllre of the Charity's operations is to provide training support and mentoring
for Christian leaders, and to provide funding for Christian projects throughout Wales.
The financial statements are presented in Sterling (£), the charity's functional currency. and rounded to
the nearest pound.
The significant accounting policies applied in the preparation of these financial statements are set out
below. Th¢sc policics have been consistently applied to all years pr¢s¢ntcd unless Otherwisc stated.
ACCOUNTING POLICIES
Basis of preparing the financial statements
The financial statements of the charity, which is a public benefit entity under FRS 102. have been
prepared in accordance with the Charities SORP {FRS 102) 'Accounting and Reporting by Charities..
